Man's reckless stunts on speeding auto knocks off cyclist on Delhi's Signature Bridge

After hitting the cyclist and knocking him off, the auto driver does not bother to stop the vehicle, and continues to flee the scene, while the person hanging out of the auto can still be seen performing stunts despite causing the crash.
